Analisis Percepatan Waktu Dan Biaya Proyek Konstruksi Dengan Penambahan Jam Kerja (Lembur) Menggunakan Metode Time Cost Trade Off

Proyek konstruksi seringkali dihadapkan pada berbagai kendala dalam proses pelaksanaannya. Masalah-masalah tersebut dapat menyebabkan gangguan atau keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek. Analisis ini bertujuan untuk meminimalisir keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek sehingga dapat diselesaikan tepat waktu. Analisis ini menggunakan metode team cost trade dengan penambahan jam kerja (lembur). Hasil analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa lembur 1 jam efektif karena memiliki durasi 145 hari dan total biaya yang cukup murah. Sehingga penambahan jam kerja dapat diterapkan pada proyek untuk meningkatkan percepatan pengerjaan proyek.
