Perkembangan teknologi informasi pada saat ini telah banyak membantu setiap proses dalam layanan yang ada pada sebuah perusahaan. Dalam hal ini, industri perbankan merupakan industri yang memiliki banyak proses yang terjadi pada unit operasional. Mulai dari kebutuhan kepegawaian, nasabah, dan pihak eksternal seperti vendor outsourcing. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan ITIL Versi 3 sebagai framework yang akan dibahas dengan tiga tahapan yaitu tahap pertama, tahap kedua dan tahap ketiga. Tahap awal penelitian ada studi literature, wawancara dan observasi, tahap kedua itu mendesain, dan tahap ketiga menyusun dokumen Service Level Management. Hasil penelitian ini berupa perencanaan management layanan teknologi informasi menggunakan ITIL Versi 3 di PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Area Palembang.
