Kejaksaan Negeri Ogan Komering Ilir telah menerapkan aplikasi berbasis TI dalam melakukan pelaporan bulanan melalui aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Komputerisasi Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia (Simkari) dan Sistem Laporan Bulanan Bidang Pembinaan (Silabin) yang sudah disediakan oleh Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia dan merupakan kewajiban bagi semua Kejaksaan dalam melakukan pelaporan bulanan. Namun hal tersebut dirasa kurang efektif dan efisien karena terdapat tumpang tindih antara aplikasi Simkari dan Silabin, karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah model pengelolaan yang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan framework Cobit 5 dengan fokus domain EDM dimulai dengan studi lapangan terkait manajemen TI di Kejaksaan Negeri Ogan Komering Ilir. Hasil penelitian berupa rekomendasi model rancangan manajemen TI dan diharapkan dapat diterapkan pada Kejaksaan Negeri Ogan Komering Ilir
