Aktivitas Antioksidan Pada Bunga Telang (Clitoria Ternatea L.) Secara Metode Spektrofotometeri Uv-Visible

Bunga telang (Clitoria ternatea L.) memiliki banyak manfaat untuk pengobatan, salah satunya untuk penyakit kulit. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Literature Review Article (LRA). Penelusuran literatur melalui Pubmed dan Google Scholar menggunakan sumber data elektronik yang dipublikasikan dari tahun 2010-2021. Hasil pencarian literatur yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi ditemukan sebanyak 30 literatur dari 80 temuan. Berdasarkan tinjauan beberapa literatur menunjukkan bahwa bunga telang (Clitoria ternatea L.) memiliki aktivitas farmakologis yang meliputi antioksidan dan mengandung senyawa kimia atau metabolit sekunder seperti tanin, flavonoid, fenolat, antosianin, glikosida flavonol, glikosida kaempferol, kuersetin. glikosida, glikosida myricetin.
