Kehilangan tekanan adalah suatu masalah yang sangat sering terjadi di lapangan Panas Bumi. Parameter terjadinya Kehilangan Tekanan dari Flow Line Two Phase ke Separator yaitu Roughness, elevasi, akselerasi, dan diameter. Penelitian ini menentukan Kehilangan Tekanan dari Flow Line Two Phase ke Separator dan membandingkan hasil Data Aktual dengan hasil perhitungan menggunakan korelasi metode Lokhart Martinelli dan data aktual dengan Software Solidwork & Software Hysys. Hasil Kehilangan Tekanan dari Flow Line Two Phase ke Separator menggunakan korelasi metode Lokhart Martinelli sebesar 0,1294905 bar merupakan hasil perhitungan dari total kehilangan tekanan pada Flow line ke Separator 12” dan 18”. Data aktual sebesar 0,14 bar, jadi nilai error antara metode Lokhart Martinelli dengan Aktual yaitu sebesar 0,070340239%. Pada Pressure loss menggunakan software solidwork sebesar 0,963288 bar dan error 5,8%. Bila menggunakan software Hysys Aspen sebesar 0,6 bar, maka error 3,285714286%.
