Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektifitas tata letak berdasarkan Customer Satisfaction Index dan Importance Performance Analysis sebagai landasan penelitian untuk mengetahui standar kepuasan pelanggan terhadap tata letak (layout) Esteh Indonesia. Analisis ini diharapkan dapat memperbaiki tata letak (layout) terhadap kepuasan konsumen Esteh Indonesia Pandu Raya sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan penjualan.
