Penelitian ini mengembangkan pengaruh Organizational Support pada persepsi karyawan yang telah dilakukan sesuai kebutuhan dan bermanfaat terhadap Work-life balance dan Job burnout, dengan adanya keterlibatan professional yang menghasilkan kinerja dan tanggung jawab pada kehidupan pribadi dapat mengurangi terlibat konflik serta berbasis kinerja. Keempat variabel dikembangkan menjadi 17 (tujuh belas) indikator pengukuran. Terdapat 4 (empat) hipotesis diuji untuk menganalisis Employee performance pada pada sebuah BUMN sektor penambangan minyak dan gas bumi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan dari pengembangan 4 (empat) hipotesis terdapat 4 (empat) hipotesis yang terbukti berpengaruh signifikan dan positif; dan terdapat 1 (satu) hipotesis yang tidak terbukti. Dari model yang dihasilkan telah membuktikan bahwa Organizational Support memoderasi pengaruh antara Work-life balance dan Job burnout.
