Prevalensi Karsinoma Kolorektal di Bagian Endoskopi RSUP PROF. DR. R. D. Kandou Manado Periode 2020-2022

Kanker kolorektal adalah kanker ketiga yang paling sering didiagnosis dan penyebab utama kedua dari kematian terkait kanker. Data menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi, insiden, dan angka kematian kanker kolorektal di Indonesia relatif lebih rendah. Penelitian ini merupakan studi observasional retrospektif, analitis dengan desain studi cross-sectional terhadap hasil rekam medis di RS Prof. DR. R. D. Kandou Manado periode 2020 hingga 2022. Subjek penelitian akan dikelompokkan berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia, diagnosis awal, kecenderungan untuk temuan kolonoskopi dan diagnosis pasca-endoskopi. Data dari 26 pasien yang menjalani kolonoskopi, karakteristik demografis terdiri dari 15 pria dan 11 wanita. Usia rata-rata subjek penelitian adalah 53 tahun. Kecenderungan kanker kolorektal pada penderita kolorektal tertinggi di lokasi rektum (23,1%). Ada 14 pasien dengan temuan kolonoskopi kanker kolorektal (53,8%). Prevalensi kanker kolorektal di RSUD Prof. DR. R. D. Kandou Manado periode 2020 hingga 2022 adalah 53,8%.
