Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan antara komitmen organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada customer service PT. “X”. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah customer service PT. “X” sejumlah 300 orang dan sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 171 orang, yaitu berusia 21 – 37 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala komitmen organisasi, skala gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan skala Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Hasil penelitian menunjukan variabel komitmen organisasi memiliki hubungan positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki hubungan positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. Koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior berkontribusi sebesar 66,1% dan 33,9% berasal dari faktor lain.
