Abstract

Perbandingan volume overburden ini digunakan sebagai acuan dalam evaluasi terhadap kinerja dari berbagai pihak terkait, karena hasil antara volume overburden yang telah dikupas (truck count) dengan volume menggunakan sistem komputerisasi (data progres) selalu berbeda. Oleh karena itu, dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu untuk mengevaluasi pengupasan lapisan penutup. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Alam Karya Gemilang Kecamatan Muara Badak, Kabupaten Kutai Kartenegara, Propinsi Kalimantan Timur. Pengerjaan perhitungan volume overburden dengan metode Triangulasi yang pengolahannya dibantu dengan program berbasis komputerisasi serta perbandingan dengan data produksi (truck count)Total volume overburden yang telah dikupas pada periode Desember 2022 yaitu berdasarkan data truck count sebesar 485,198.12BCM. Dan berdasarkan data survey progress sebesar 480,099.59 BCM. Selisih dari data truck count dengan data survey progress sebesar -5,098.53 BCM dengan persentase sebesar -1.06% yang artinya nilai volume truck count lebih besar daripada volume survey.
