Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model bisnis dan strategi inovasi di Wana Wisata Grand Sayang Kaak, sebuah tempat pariwisata alam berbasis petualangan yang terdampak oleh pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan BMC dan analisis SWOT untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dari model bisnis saat ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tempat pariwisata memiliki potensi untuk berkembang, tetapi perlu melakukan perbaikan dalam hal segmentasi pasar, riset produk/layanan, inovasi, strategi pemasaran, investasi infrastruktur, dan kerjasama dengan stakeholder. Rekomendasi penelitian mencakup pengembangan model bisnis yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan dan pasar, serta strategi inovasi yang berfokus pada keunggulan kompetitif.
