Pemasaran digital telah menjadi elemen penting dalam strategi pemasaran perusahaan pada era digital saat ini. Tokopedia, sebagai salah satu platform e-commerce terkemuka di Indonesia, telah mengambil langkah yang signifikan untuk meningkatkan kehadirannya melalui pemasaran digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendekatan pemasaran digital yang digunakan oleh Tokopedia dan mengevaluasi efektivitasnya dalam mencapai tujuan bisnis. Studi kasus ini menggali strategi pemasaran digital yang telah diterapkan oleh Tokopedia, alat dan fitur yang digunakan, serta dampaknya terhadap performa perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan tentang praktik terbaik dalam pemasaran digital di platform Tokopedia.
