Pengaruh Praktik E-Hrm (E-Compensation, E-Training, Dan E-Performance Appraisal) Terhadap Kinerja Organisasi Dengan Kepuasan Pegawai

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis apakah e-compensation, e-training, dan e-performance appraisal dapat mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pegawai pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah probability dengan metode random sampling. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-compensation tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi, e-training tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi, e-performance appraisal tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi, e-compensation berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pegawai, e-training tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pegawai, e-performance appraisal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pegawai, kepuasan pegawai berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi, kepuasan pegawai berhasil memediasi pengaruh e-compensation terhadap kinerja organisasi, kepuasan pegawai tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh e-training terhadap kinerja organisasi, dan kepuasan pegawai berhasil memediasi pengaruh e-performance appraisal terhadap kinerja organisasi.
