Pada masa sekarang usaha Mikro, kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) menjadi peranan penting salah satu roda penggerak perekonomian Indonesia. Di Desa Gunung Kesiangan Usaha jamur tiram terus meeningkat sehingga berpengaruh positif terhadap permintaan jamur.Jamur tiram memiliki banyak gizi baik untuk kesehatan manusia. Kebanyakan jamur tiram hanya diolah sebagai pangan masakan sayur mayur rumahan. Maka dari itu dilakukan inovasi untuk membuat makanan ringan seperti cemilan. Adapun olahan jamur tiram yaitu jamur krispi dan nugget jamur, dengan adanya inovasi pembuatan jamur tiram menjadi makanan ringan dapat membantu masyarakat Desa Gunung Kesiangan dalam usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM)
