Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi dari sebuah kasus investasi bodong yang terjadi di Kabupaten Pohuwato, berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan wilayah hukum kepolisian Polres Pohuwato ada 2 upaya yang di lakukan yaitu upaya represif dan upaya preventif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya yang di lakukan oleh  kepolisian dalam penanggulangan kasus investasi bodong di wilayah hukum Kepolisian Resor Pohuwato dan untuk mengetahui kendala kepolisian dalam penangulangan kasus investasi bodong.
