Pengaruh Gaya Komunikasi Dan Kreativitas Guru Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Penataan Produk

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya komunikasi dan kreativitas guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata mata pelajaran penataan produk kelas XI SMKN 1 Sumenep. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 96 siswa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS 20 for windows. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh positif gaya komunikasi (x1) terhadap motivasi (Y), dan ada pengaruh positif antara kreativitas (x2) terhadap motivasi (Y), dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,524 pada variabel gaya komunikasi (X1) , pada variabel kreativitas guru (X2) nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,429.
