Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh iklim kerja dan supervisi terhadap motivasi dan implikasinya terhadap kinerja Perawat Rawat Inap RSUD Waled. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 142 perawat dari 15 ruang rawat inap. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode angket, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim kerja dan supervisi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi, iklim kerja mempengaruhi motivasi kerja. Temuan juga menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, iklim kerja, dan supervis berpengaruh pada kinerja perawat. Iklim kerja yang baik dan pengawasan yang didukung dengan motivasi yang tinggi akan berpengaruh baik terhadap kinerja perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Waled Kabupaten Cirebon.
