Pengaruh Authentic Leadership Terhadap Employee Performance Melalui Transparent Communication, Job Satisfaction Dan Employee Engagement

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh authentic leadership, transparent communication dan job satisfaction terhadap employee performance dengan employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi di Panasonic, LG dan Midea. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang menggunakan data primer bersumber dari kuesioner yang dibagikan melalui google form kepada karyawan di di Panasonic, LG dan Midea. Sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan populasi karyawan yang berjumlah 321 karyawan, sehingga diperoleh 170 karyawan sebagai sampelnya. Analisis data yang dipakai untuk uji hipotesis yaitu Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa hipotesis yang berpengaruh positif diantaranya; authentic leadership terhadap transparent communication, authentic leadership terhadap job satisfaction, job satisfaction terhadap employee engagement dan employee engagement terhadap employee performance. Selain itu, hasil penelitian juga menemukan informasi bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh positif antara authentic leadership terhadap employee engagement dan transparent communication terhadap employee engagement. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah diharapkan dapat melakukan penelitian pada seluruh karyawan di Industri elektronik mencakup karyawan dikantor pusat, kantor cabang dan pabrik serta menambahkan variabel organization culture.
