Analisis Ekonomi Pra-Rancangan Pabrik Bio-Oil Dari Tongkol Jagung Menggunakan Proses Pirolisis Cepat

Bio-oil diproduksi menggunakan proses pirolisis cepat pada temperatur 500 oC dengan perolehan (Yield) sebesar 75%. Bahan baku utama yang dipilih merupakan tongkol jagung karena kandungan selulosanya dapat dikonversikan melalui reaksi pirolisis katalitik menjadi bahan bakar, sekaligus memanfaatkan tongkol jagung yang pada umumnya tidak bernilai lebih. Bahan baku pendukung dalam pembuatan bio-oil ini meliputi katalis CoO, Nitrogen, dan K2CO3. Kapasitas produksi bio-oil pabrik ini sebesar 25.500 ton/tahun. Target pasar produk bio-oil yaitu industri minyak dan gas yang akan dipasarkan dengan harga USD 689,65/ton, sehingga nilai Gross Profit Margin (GPM) mencapai USD 31.437.807 USD/tahun. Dalam pra rancangan ini, pabrik akan didirikan pada tahun 2026.
