Pengaruh Principals’ Technological Leadership, Teacher Technological Literacy, dan Teacher Teaching Motivation Terhadap Teacher Teaching Effectivenes di Yayasan Pendidikan Jayawijaya

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh principals’ technological leadership, teachers’ technological literacy dan teachers’ teaching motivation terhadap teachers’ teaching effectivenes dari tenaga pendidik sekolah Yayasan Pendidikan Jayawijaya yang berada di Kuala Kencana Timika, Papua. Kuesioner diberikan kepada 50 tenaga pendidik sebagai populasi yang ada di tingkat Sekolah Dasar (SD) maupun di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Yayasan Pendidikan Jayawijaya Kuala Kencana. Teknik analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan SEM Partial Least Square (PLS) sedangkan pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis jalur guna mengetahui pengaruh koefisien dari variabel-variabel penelitian. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa principals’ technological leadership tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap teachers’ teaching effectiveness dan juga tidak signifikan. Sedangkan teachers’ technological literacy dan teachers’ teaching motivation memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap teachers’ teaching effectiveness.
