Kepuasan Masyarakat Terhadap Pelaksanaan Program Corporate Social Responsibility (Csr) Pt. Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Panjang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Panjang. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus. Sampel adalah Penerima manfaat program CSR sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel untuk kepuasan masyarakat adalah sensus. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis analisis indeks kepuasan masyarakat (IKM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan masyarakat terhadap program Kabarti Green Village berada pada kategori “Baik” (IKM = 87,52).
