Abstract

Pelayanan rekam medis merupakan unit pelayanan penunjang medis di rumah sakit yang menjadi salah satu  dasar penilaian mutu rumah sakit. Pelayanan rekam medis menjadi pelayanan penunjang medis di rumah sakit yang menjadi dasar penilaian mutu pelayanan medik rumah sakit. Rekam medis pasien berisi informasi tentang catatan dan dokumen tentang identitas pasien, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, tindakan dan pelayanan lain yang telah diberikan kepada pasien. Penurunan jumlah pasien pengunjung di RSUD Bayu Asih Purwakarta menjadikan salah satu masalah dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana pengelolaan rekam medis di RSUD Bayu Asih Purwakarta dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dimana penulis akan mewawancarai beberapa narasumber untuk mendapatkan data penelitian.
